They offer great dental work at reasonable rates. Dr Hosek has a great sense of humor which helps me feel relaxed when getting dental work. He takes great pride in the quality of his work. They told me they would have a supervisor call me, and to my surprise no call. I ordered off of them cause I wanted to support local, but apparently my satisfaction is not that important to them. My entire family wears glasses and we would have purchased many more pairs. it's not if a business messes up, it's how they fix it. Refusing to deal with the situation is not right. I'm sick and tired of employers that don't give staff the authority to be able to help their supporters. Sorry I can no longer recommend a business that doesn't put customers first!

My friends and neighbors think it looks so natural that they want to have the same procedures. When you walk through the door, Lori and her staff offer lots of TLC. Lori is so patient and gentle and walks you through the whole procedures. My husband loves it too. Now, when he wants to go to the casino, I just change my clothes and we're out the door. I moved here recently and I originally called for an appointment, asking for an experienced tech…read moreto have my top lip, bottom chin and nose lasered for spider veins. I was told this would cost 150.00. When I attended my appointment the technician made a decision to chose a different laser machine than I was originally booked in for as per my telephone consult. She lasered my full face and I was charged $350.00 plus tax. I decided to not complain at that time concluding that the treatment should be successful. After 2 weeks and 4 weeks, I noticed no improvement in the areas I had initially made the appointment for. I returned to explain my situation about the original quote price, etc., and that I believed I did not receive what I paid for, I was told that I would need numerous treatments for results. The technician pulled up the pre- photos of my face prior to the first treatment, these were taken after the initial prep wiping and cleaning cleaning process creating a redness to my skin and used these photos as a comparison, stating she seen improvements. The technician then proceeded to use a different machine during this return visit on one area of my top lip and my chin and nose and the results were significant, I wish she would have used that machine in the first place. I'm an unsatisfied customer, I was not validated when explaining the misunderstanding in price, nor that I did not receive the results expected. I do not mind paying good money if I get results. I have been getting spider vein laser treatment for 15 years, so I do know what typical and reasonable results look like.

It seems Vernon B.C. refers 90% of abdominal surgeries to Dr. H. Hwang. He seems pleasant but I…read morehave personally (along with many others I have spoken with) been left with horrendous scars post surgery. Many, including myself, have had to endure hernia surgeries after his slash and cut procedures. I suppose a 2' scar through your belly isn't anything which requires attention to post op scarring worries? The last hernia op I endured he simply "glued". No staples, no sutures. It left a abnormal zig zag scar. Put hey....he got paid, who's gonna complain right? Another rating site had a respondent posting he expidited surgery after accepting a payment. Is this allowed with our health system in Canada? I thought not, but I could be incorrect. He also misdiagnosed Cancer to a patient and family. One would hope a Dr. would be absolutely certain prior to conveying such news to a patient including their family? He seems to be more about the money than caring, certainty or dilligence in his profession. Just keep BC Medical cheques rolling in and he will continue chopping, lopping and glueing them, back together. Best wishes if he is your surgeon. I suppose given the likely alternative of not having surgery, scars and uncaring doctors are secondary. If this does not concern you in any way or you have no alternate surgeon then Dr. Hamish Hwang is the guy for you.
