I tried calling the next day when all medicine was not delivered as they said it would be. No one answered or returned my call, so I went there in person. They seemed very unorganized. I have called more than 4 times and they have never picked up or returned my call. Today the nurse called with me on the line and once I had began to speak, Angela was very rude and unprofessional. When I had asked why she had not returned a call, she would not answer that question and began to talked over me. Who is in charge of this place and how can you reach them ? It is an unkept up business and run down. It looks like it is going out of business and the employees act like they don't truly care. My loved one has been without his medicine for almost 2 weeks. I was calling the BioHorizon rep trying to get a new one but she didn't reply (and she still hasn't replied) I needed the motor urgently. Thank God I found Global Dental Shop on google and they actually had someone live chat with me in a Saturday afternoon!!! The person who chatted with me was Chen and he was gave me the information that I needed. I called on the following Monday and Chen remembered chatting with me and helped me to place an urgent order. He followed through the process to make sure that the warehouse send out my order ASAP and I get the new motor the next day so that I don't have to cancel my patient appointments. I bought some other items from them and Chen gave me discounts on everything I bought! Chen is also very knowledgeable about all the items that I purchased so he was able to answer all my questions! The staff friendly and accommodating as I had to add an extra day to my rental and it was so easy. The scooter was also delivered to the resort the day before my scheduled arrival .
