Being an agent myself for 25 years in another state, I have extremely high expectations when it comes to realestate transactions. Amanda is hands down the most all-in agent I've ever met! She works tirelessly from sunrise til way past bedtime seeing to every detail. Somehow she balances her quiet time with God, her business, her husband and family, and her time on the water giving back through her non-profit, Paddle for Peace. She is very involved in the community and is so connected in the area being born and raised on the Emerald Coast. Her contacts are priceless and they all love her too! She is well versed in whatever can present itself in a transaction and I've never seen her loose her composure as she stays poised, kind and patient in a powerhouse kind of way. She has it down to an art and she truly loves what she does. We have worked with Amanda Abbott on 4 transactions now and I know that you can absolutely have no better representation! read more

Jennifer Stoffel with Abbott Realty worked tirelessly for us to find our PERFECT home. She made sure to figure out what was important to my wife and I and communicated back to use what she would look for. She made sure to understand what we were willing to spend communicated all costs clearly. She was always upbeat and went beyond the call of duty to get us eyes on candidate homes when we couldn't be there via walkthroughs done over the phone. She is a fantastic communicator, from getting us info to timely communication with other realtors. When we found the home we wanted Jennifer was very skillful when it comes to assembling the offer. In a very competitive marketplace our offer stood out and sealed the purchase within the constraints of our budget. It was a very fun experience to work with such a kind and competent realtor! read more

We listed our condo with Amanda and The Nathan Abbott Team. The listing paperwork that was generated and returned to us for review was very detailed. Impressed that any potential buyer would have more than ample information about our condo to make an offer, we waited. Amanda called within the first week to say we had two interested buyers. We were under contract in 9 days! Amanda stayed in contact with us and held our hand through the process. She called to set up vendors and went the extra mile by offering videos to the buyers agent for explanations on a few items. If anyone is thinking of buying or selling and want quick results, The Nathan Abbott Team is the team to call! We were made to feel appreciated and not just a number to reach a production goal. Thank you again Amanda for all you did! read more

Amanda and Nathan sold my first beachfront condo in 2013. Yesterday, they sold our second beachfront condo. Next week they will have sold me my third beachfront condo. From day one, it has been a pleasure. Both are extremely knowledgeable, helpful in all aspects and easy to reach at anytime. I recently recommended them to a close friend and both went above and beyond and did not disappoint. Over the past months we have had the incredible good fortune to have Lisa Rondon as our agent. Your can travel the world over, as we have, and never find a better agent. Lisa brings a rare convergence of skills, intellect, demeanor, and highly professional modulation of the sales funnel. In the end, we essentially bought a large house sight unseen ( we knew the model well and the area), based on Lisa's diligence in conveying essential information to us in a highly professional manner, then conveying our diligence to the seller side, also in a highly professional manner. All told, she saved us many thousands of dollars compared with what a typical agent might do. Lisa is "Five Stars" in all respects. read more

My husband and I have owned and sold many homes in our lifetime but our experience with Tristan Martin was above and beyond any other. Tristan is knowledgeable and has so many resources that will help him to sell your home or to find you the perfect home of your dreams. He will hear your concerns and will communicate clearly throughout the process. His work ethic is suburb and he has integrity which is not always the norm in today's world. Tristan will not disappoint you and if needed he will guide you to make the decision that is right for you and for your family. He is definitely the realtor to go to. We would highly recommend him and would use him again read more

Amanda & her team at Nathan Abbott were incredible, absolutely going above & beyond what I would have expected from a realtor. I had a particularly challenging place to sell, complicated by the fact that I had already moved out of the area. Amanda went to my place countless times, meeting contractors, inspectors, repair companies, etc. She completely handled the onsite presence that was needed to get my place sold since I didn't live there anymore. She handled everything when it came to the offer and selling it too, and I was able to close with a happy price without me having to be there in person. read more

Amanda Morzos was amazing, we had so many hurdles to overcome at no fault of hers, but we made it through. She was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond on our behalf. Amanda also helped us by introducing us to a lender (Cross Country Mortgage) that did an awesome job getting us financed. We moved from Wisconsin to Milton, Florida and we bought our house, site unseen except for pictures. I cannot say enough good things about Amanda and would recommend her to anyone. I am excited for our friendship to continue even though we have completed our purchase. What a great experience! read more

Nathan meticulously handled our lot purchase from cradle to grave and we couldn't be more pleased. With my family relocating to the Destin area, we needed all the guidance a family of two young boys could get. He took the time to listen to our needs and wants and answer our countless concerns and questions. His depth of knowledge of the pan handle area was extremely valuable as well. Purchasing a home is one of the biggest purchases one can make in their life and we feel so very blessed we chose Nathan to handle it. Jason Knight read more
