Upon arriving at the branch I asked for a car with sat nav and he switched me into a car which had sat nav for a small fee per day which was excellent! The best bit about the encounter was when I tried to pay for my rental I had forgot my pin to my card and George expertly handled the situation by ringing up my bank and explaining the situation to them and even took me to the ATM to activate my card again! Best service I've had in a long time! Will be using again 100%
