Lovely…read morehigh backed sofas cut down the background noise (and are nice and comfy!) making it nicer to chat without everyone else's conversation seeping in. Tea and coffee are first rate and the scones are a nice generous size too; none of these fiddly little things you see too often. Just one minor thing; the clotted cream that came with our scone was still in the tiny plastic tub - it would be much nicer spooned onto the plate or in a glass bowl.

It has an inviting outdoor area in front and although the inside looks small, you should give it a chance. The serving area is a little unusual, some service is through the hatch in the wall, but there are menus and table service. Obviously this isn't a secret as the que was a few deep when we arrived, but moved quickly. My husband and I both enjoyed our coffees, and shared the raison bread cake concoction. *cards accepted. *open Sunday *free wifi via The Cloud (could come in handy as cell reception is bunk 'round here). Can you tell I was glad they were open on Sunday!? :)
