Also this was just trim up between grooming. We dropped her off at 9am and she wasn't ready till 1pm!!!! This last Tuesday she didn't even want to enter on her own and when she was handed to me she was very restless in my arms. Got home and we noticed blood prints on the floor, she finally let me look at her foot and they had cut one of her claws to short (she is fine when you hold her paws). Noone even mentioned what had happened. So needless to say 1 star and we will not be going back!

We went to a couple of places, one even where you can watch on an app that was closer to us, but when we went to visit the place, we did not like the "vibe" of the place. When we took a tour (just call, and they will let you take a look at the facility before hand) of Paws Landing, we immediately felt great! We had our puppy for an half day "evaluation" with Durenda, which also made us feel at ease. She is marvelous!!! When we picked her up from that, she went over everything she did, and how she thought our puppy would do. They had her in a small yard first and let our puppy feel safe before they had her with the other dogs. I really like too, how they have the dogs separated into "small dogs", " large dogs" and "very active dogs". She has a great team working with her, watching over them, and most importantly taking care of them all day. They will always send you a text and email to confirm your reservation, which is great. They go inside and outside to play all day. If they go "all day" they will get a 2-hour rest, so they get a break from all the fun! But, believe me, when you pick your dog, they will be tired when they get home, which is "good thing"! Pam will send you pictures later via text of your dog, which is great to see at the end of the day. Now, that my dog has gone for awhile, she gets excited when we get there, and she is excited to see Pam and her team when I drop her off. Look no further for a great place for "doggy day care", Pam and her team will take VERY GOOD care of them, like they were one of their own!!!

Hopefully the owners would understand that there are very limited dog groomers in the area and that they do an excellent job but customers do not need to be treated or snubbed like that.

we had a dog named gooki who was shiba chow mix. kind of a celebrity at the spa. due to the way she…read morewas treated by the staff she would come out acting like a princess. they would cut her like a lion and she was always a pleasure for the staff to work with. they noticed a issue with the way she normally acts and allerted us. unfortunately it was too late and she passed away. we will never forget how rambunctious and happy she was every time she was groomed here. She would always await us picking her up, doing her little tap dance and would stride around the Sheppards like she was the big girl in the house. We really appreciate the staff and management.
