If they are charging extra for their time and packaging they should disclose this in their listings so people can make an informed decision prion to bidding. I see that they have lots of bad reviews.

Second? They also go to homes to have estate sales and generally to sell the home. Third They also provide real estate agents to sell your property or your home for you. We have sold numerous items at their auction and they have sold us land in Fordland where we are building our new home. Robert Lewsader helped us purchase the land. He was extremely helpful. He and Glen Yutzy (owner) took the time for us to make several offers until the owners accepted our final offer. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you gentlemen. We were VERY disappointed with our furniture purchase through Ellecor. We found two Norwalk chairs were on sale and when I asked why, I was told it was a discontinued pattern. Shame on them for not declaring that damage was the reason they were discounting the chairs. Shame on us for not looking under one of the tags to find a 2 inch tear in the fabric on the shoulder of one chair. When asked about this later (after the purchase) we were told, yes, that is why they were on sale. No remedy was offered. This is NOT the kind of customer service we ever want to experience again. Our experience with other high quality stores is that damage is disclosed, not hidden - hence a damaged item was not purchased. Never again Ellecor. I caution you to be wary of any purchases at Ellecor.
