I had gutters installed with Gutter Masters. Cary was nice and professional, took the time to walk the entire perimeter of the house and listened to my needs. Anyone reading this review knows Mississippi rain, and knows that we need the water away from the house. So we agreed to the gutter design, including a cut through on the wood and drain to take the water to the yard. The workers came out some six weeks later for the installation. When complete, I questioned the installers as to why the drain was set up to dump the water directly on the wood deck, which would then drain under the deck and pool next to the foundation. They had no explanation. I called the office and left a message for Cary. Instead of calling to talk to me, Cary texted a basic message that his company does not do cutting of any kind, making it seem that I had agreed to have the water dump on the deck. Even if we had a misunderstanding about the work to be done, Cary, the marketing and design representative, should have noticed and brought up the fact that the gutters would dump directly on the deck and that we should discuss a resolution. Not what happened. Cary wanted the money and the job, but wasn't looking at customer service and providing the best designed finish product. So now I have to have someone else come and do additional work to make these $2700 gutters functional for their intended purpose--to keep water away from the house. A completely disappointing experience. Be very careful with this company.

I did not even ask for a quote he just showed up at my house was in my home about 30 min. and secretly recorded our conversation so he could threaten me into use his roofing co . he was going to report me to my insurance co because i told him i was not going to pay a $1000. dollar deductible twice . He must have mention insurance fraud at least 20 times while recording me. He also said he would black ball me so no one would work for me. I did not even have a contract with this person. everything i am saying is in a 4 ft message he wrote me, just like a 12 year old I also called the board of contractors , he is not licensed with them. I also reported him to my Insurance Co. I read his messages he sent me to them , they made a notes of our conversations an put it in my file.
