I give this a -0 if I would. First, I'm not a customer of this company nor have I ever been. I never knew this company was in town. Had to look them up online to find out what merchandise they sold! Two drivers came to my home to deliver furniture for the two customers who moved in with us and began to racially profile me, talking to me rudely, disrespecting me in my own home. I tell you that the bedrooms you need to put the furniture in are upstairs. So, one of the drivers go upstairs and moved a basket full of items out of the way. Then the older driver literally ordered me like I was his slave to go upstairs and move everything out of their way now before they can start moving. My question to myself is why they didn't move the boxes out of their way like the basket. Then, he asked me in a disrespectful tone, lady where is this stuff going to go. Told him I guess it all goes into the bedroom with no bed. So, I called the customer and told this person to explain where the items were to be placed. Then the older man told me that stuff better be moved out of the way! I go back upstairs like I was ordered to double check nothing else was in the way. Then as I came down the stairs, they almost dropped what they were carrying on my hard wood flooring. As I passed by, I asked the older guy if there was anything else that I could do for his royal Highness in my home. He laughed. I asked him is it really funny that you come to my house racial profile me, disrespect me, and order me around like a slave in my own home? Told him he was a d*ck and walked away. Called the Manager Mark. Couldn't get 2 words in. He was rude and hung up on me before I could say anything. If you want to be racially profiled and disrespected in your own home, become a customer. Very unprofessional! I always read stories about racism. Never in my life have I ever experienced racism. This was the first time! I'm appalled.
