Brady contacted me within 5-10 minutes and agreed to meet me as early as I needed this am. We communicated about the issue and he agreed to be here at 730 am, coming from Garland. He was here, analyzed the problem, explained it to me and gave me an accurate quote on the part I would need and the labor charge, all for $20 as advertised. He told me that he could have the repair done today. I, too, am in the service industry as a Realtor. I will utilize his services EVERY time I need help with any repair services he offers.
