The car had a factory installed plastic piece on the front bottom using plastic to attach to the car...KENNY REPLACED the plastic fasteners with screws, nuts & bolts. WOW!! Iwas very impressed Here's the whole story: I was stranded at Marathon Gas Station off I-75 in Lake City, a woman traveling alone. After receiving no help from the Ford dealership I was sure I would be stuck while waiting for a repair. Fortunately, the attendant at the gas station gave me Kenny's phone number. He told me he would be 'about 30 minutes. He called at exactly 30 minutes & apoligize he would beafew more minutes.EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE for someone who said 'about thirty minutes'!! I thought he would be able to only repair enough to get me home & I would need to get further repair once home- he was in a service truck & not a garage. KENNY jacked the car up & crawled on concrete to repair my car. He took less than 30 minutes to fix the problem & his price was very reasonably; almost half of what I expected. I f I lived in his area, KENNY would be my only MECHANIC! My husband always took care of my car & Kenny repaired it like my husband would have. THANKS A MILLION KENNY! You are a real ethical guy who saved me from a stressful situation & made my day.

My husband finally calls for roadside assistance, and the gentleman answers on the 2nd ring. He says no problem, he'll be there in 15 to 20 minutes. He's there in 10 minutes, with an amazing attitude, and fires up his compressor. I'm so grateful for your company. More businesses could use your ethics and courtesy. Thank you Sir!
