When it got here, there was a broken window and the vent was melted. We've had it for almost a month now and twice they told us they were gonna be out here and they still haven't got out here. We chose W5 because of their five star rating in my opinion they don't deserve a five star rating. I'm sorry. But this is ridiculous. They need to get things done when they say they're gonna do it. I hope this doesn't affect them fixing the window in the vent because it still isn't fixed.

This company works on a fee for every load, a unique business model in the moving industry where most of the providers charge by the weight or on an hourly basis. + They arrived on time with a four-man crew. It was pouring but they took extra care with our furniture, which included some extraordinary pieces. + They worked fast. This was a difficult move because the weather and the difficult staircase but they made it look easy. Virtually no damage to to the house we were leaving or the condo. The furniture all arrived without any issues. their 18-years of experience showed! + The crew members were polite and went the extra mile to meet our needs. They worked together extremely well.
