The manager is friendly enough, and the onsite person in my complex is very nice. It is a pretty small office and you deal with the decision makers. I was going to give them a 1-star hit for the months-long repair wait, but they are so, so much better than CalOaks PM that I'll give them the extra star. As a tenant, overall I would recommend them. The property I looked at was in good condition, they dealt with several minor issues I asked them to fix before I moved in (for example missing window locks), and they are very responsive and helpful with the small stuff.
