Charming, beautiful access and all kinds of fun stuff throughout the year! He park itself is pretty simple. Can ya guess what shape it is? An octagon! No way::::it's a crescent moon shape. This park isn't a swing set and monkey bars kinda park. It's the kinda place you stroll down the street to and let the kids ride scooters or bikes around the perimeter of the park. It's also home of many signature Laureate Park events like: free yoga every Saturday morning, family movies in the park lawn about once a month. It's where the food truck Thursdays deal all started. It's very social place and not in the way that unknown people haunt you with conversations but more like a social hub; just a few months ago there was HUGE group meditation evening and all these vendors came out, we did a massive group focus and then some yoga, positive words and you get the idea. crescent park IS the epicenter of the neighborhood. LP Town Center center has it going on with the gym and aquatic center but Crescent Park is simply pure class. First look at the fountain and you'll agree!! 5 stars all day long for a real multipurpose space that actually gets used for multiple uses.

Yes it may be a perfectly useful central hub for the neighborhood but in the quality of 'park' it has nothing of interest. It is grass and a gazebo and that is it which is a remarkable feat in central Florida that they manage to ensure nothing of the natural environment remains. Bottom line consider this 'park' with the same level of interest of your nearest Walmart parking lot: yes it is useful and busy but that doesn't mean you should make plans to go there.
