They were professional, knew what they were doing…read moreand the result was a transformation of our back yard with retaining walls, a paver patio and our driveway being replaced. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them. They restored faith in the industry after having been burned by a previous contractor who took our large deposit and only did a small amount of work before abandoning the job. Hindsight is 20/20, but I wish we would have chosen Ramirez from the beginning.

They have ignored my request even though they read the text messages. Disappointed that I cannot get a reply. The easiest part a company can control is just to respond to their customers. For this reason, I would say they are not a reliable company.

All of the negative reviews are correct. Do not hire this company-Joshua Taylor. He showed up…read moreafter 7:00 pm in a pickup truck with an oil leak and a chainsaw! We paid him $1600 which is the half he required and did not do half of the work. He brought no equipment and only cut down tree limbs and left this big mess as pictured in my front yard with no access to the house. He promised to do the job in two days and never came back. Our job site was down almost a week because we had to find a real professional tree company, Santiago Tree Service to come and clean up the mess he left. When we contacted him for a refund, he had all type of excuses including his original excuse of his truck being broke down and he was at another site!!! Why would you start a job you could not finish??? He could have rented a dumpster with the deposit he received but chose to hide out somewhere with the free money we gave him! He is not a professional at all and DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY UPFRONT AND DO NOT PAY CASH SO YOU CAN HAVE A RECORD OR CAN STOP PAYMENT. Make sure you get service dates in writing and witnesses because you will need it when you go to court after they find him because he will go MISSING!!! He has a bogus invoice that he stated that he purposefully leaves the date blank so he can have one year to complete. Who hires a tree contractor with a blank service date and gives him one year to cut down trees! We are taking him to court because he breeched his contract! BUYERS BEWARE!!! Read his text responses below!
