Because of the long wait, the wife of the owner used her personal vehicle and drove me a couple dozen miles to take care of my business and back to the shelter while waiting. By the time my turn came up, Erick and Haley had been working around the clock, but, still cheerful as could be, My truck had been sitting out in the open with 70 mph winds that had fully packed my engine compartment with snow. So with a discharged battery and frozen starter, they brought my truck back to their shop to let it thaw, While thawing, they fed me, and managed to join their family for a very much abridged Christmas eve dinner. The car BROKE DOWN after driving it smoking for 6 miles. Clutch, flywheel, and stereo were all shot. Had it towed to a dealer. Repairs were est at 4k so they made me take it to a cheaper place.
