This is a yelp review for Bach's Storage Center LLC in Riverton Wyoming…read more i leased a storage unit from Bach's Storage in October 2021. At that time I paid $25 deposit for key and cleaning deposit as stated in my lease contract. I was never late with a payment or missed a payment during the 4 years I rented a unit from them. Before the end of August 2024 I cleaned the spider webs, dirt and mice feces from the unit since I no longer needed it. I returned the key as requested before the end of the month. I asked for my deposit to be returned and the manager said they dot require deposit anymore. I pointed out to her that the amount I paid for the key ad cleaning deposit was written in my contract. And that I was always in compliance with my lease and entitled to my deposit being returned. She gave me several excuses, ranging from the owner lives in Utah and he's been really busy and hasn't gotten around to it. Said repeatedly she would call him again. Imagine if I had been too busy to pay my monthly storage rate to them. Deposit still not returned after a month. Just filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Since the owner or manager requires lessee to be responsible for paying their debt shouldn't the owner also be responsible and truthful about fulfilling the contract they signed? Cannot in good conscience recommend this business to anyone looking for storage rental.
