Understand this is Clarkston, WA and there isn't many options for taxi service. We were I. Town to catch the American Empress cruise down the Columbia River. Taxi was busy so they picked us up with an old Jeep. I had to stack luggage on top of old tires and other junk in the back. We only had part of the back seat because they had large jogs of water. Uh.... Never again. The car barely worked and REEKED of pee. We were driving down the highway and I rolled my window up as to not get blasted in the face by air. Instant mistake. I almost choked on the stench. The seatbelt was questionable too- wasn't sure if it particularly worked. He also only takes cash, which he did not notify me of prior to the ride. I thankfully had a wrinkled up $5 at the bottom of my purse otherwise I literally wouldn't have been able to pay for it... it's 2019, who is cash only?? So yeah, overall bad experience. Horrible!! My husband an I live in the valley for years an this was the worst experience with a taxi ride.My husband has health issues including kidney failure so he was at usual wen's dyalasis appt and was unfortunately stuck would a ride home after 5hr treatment. Called a taxi to pick him up . A he later my husband called me to tell me that bc he didn't have the 10$ on him, the taxi turned around half way home and took him back to medical center!! This was the worst cab ride ever . Dirty, smelled of urine . Would not recommend, I'd rather walk.

I was in Lewiston, Idaho on business and used an off site rental car company. I called every cab company in town multiple times for over an hour. A guy finally answered the phone and told me he would be there in 20 or so. I was pressed for time and kept shopping in hopes some other company might be able to pick me up sooner. In the confusion I called his number back and asked how long it would be to get a ride to the airport as I needed to catch a flight. He immediately turned into a jerk got angry, started raising his voice and going off how he's been doing this for 17 years...he then yelled at me to call another company since I couldn't wait and hung up. I called back and explained I really needed a ride and was simply trying to get there ASAP. This guy was unprofessional and an absolute ASS! He should not be allowed to do business. read more

I will never use this cab service again. I am in Lewiston and Clarkston for business and needed a ride literally 5 minutes away. Only 5 miles down the street and the guy had no meter and when we arrived said that will be ummmmm $12 for a 5 minute ride!!!!!! What are you kidding me. Then I tried to pay with my debit card and he said sorry cash only. What kinda cab service is this??? LYFT and Uber need to make there way to this town quick. Cab companies wonder why they are getting put out of business. Scam artist don't use these guys. read more
