As of today, going direct through Progressive my monthly is $128 when I was paying $209 for the exact same coverage through a 'broker' that doesn't care at all about their customers. However, due to some confusion on my part, my ex wife's (and Tarah's), changes were needed to correct a billing issue. When I contacted her about this, Tarah initially said she would take care of it. But Nothing happened. When I contacted her again, she then told me that I would need to take care of it myself, but did not provide me with information I needed to address the change, i.e. the telephone number of the carrier, policy number, etc.. When I tried to contact her again, she did not answer my calls and only responded via text after repeated attempts. She then tersely told me that she already told me I had to deal with the problem, myself (and finally provided the telephone number for contacting the carrier ). I then cancelled the policies as it was the only avenue open to me. When I informed her of this, she told me I shouldn't have done that and to reopen the policies. At that point, I was tired of the runaround and the attitude and told her I would not be doing that. She removed herself from the account because "I was not accepting her recommendations" which was not true. Needless to say, this experience cost me a good amount of time, money billed to me that I cannot recover, and overall less than happy with her service. I spent a large part of my career working with customers and sales and Tarah's conduct & communication went from great, to subpar. Thus my three-star rating. If she had been a bit more considerate and helpful, and dropped the attitude, all of this could've been avoided and she absolutely would've had a five star review.

I already had insurance through healthcare.gov when I was assigned to Tarah Club on 9/15/21. Over…read morethe course of her servicing my Health Insurance I had several discrepancies (i.e. not responding, not completing timely requests causing more out of pocket expenses, and no answer for an increase in my insurance subsidy). Tarah's assistant, Anna ,texted me on 11/24/23 to follow up regarding my coverage into 2024. My response: "I will not be continuing insurance with Tarah into 2024. Thank you for reaching out." I got a response from Anna: "Thanks for letting me know!" Today, 1/17/24, I had to terminate my coverage independently because Tarah's office did not process the request. Her failing to cancel my insurance resulted in $224.65 in out of pocket expenses in just 2024. Please see pictures I've added related to an increase in 2023 expense.
