Went here with my wife and a guy from whom we were buying a car. We received really bad customer service. This person was rude and arrogant. It took us no more than 10 seconds to walk from the front desk to his station where his first words to us were "I yelled for you five times already". At first we thought he was kidding but it soon became obvious he was serious. His behavior got worse. Never going back here. And given the arrogant attitude of this service rep and high prices, I'll drop the membership as well. They really milk you for every penny. There are many other places that give you the roadside service of AAA at a cheaper price and without the attitude. read more

Website is poor. It took 5 minutes to find the Estelle Drive location - I had to go back to google search 4 times -- and when I found it, it doesn't have the hours that they are open today, which is all I wanted to know. It has the phone number but I don't want to call to get their hours because I will probably have to deal with a computer answering, which I really don't want. read more
