That information was not shared clearly with me, and I spent weeks chasing updates from both the adjuster and the body shop (Faulkner Collision). Maria was both professional and cordial and put me at ease immediately. After going over my paper work and asking some questions Maria had cut my tax payment in half. She was able to ask questions I would have never thought of to lower my taxes. She then transmitted my federal return and prepared all of the needed pay slips and envelopes for me to mail out my tax payments. I would highly recommend Pro Tax Service to anyone. And her fees were spot on. Albert L.
