They ripped us off, charged over 500 more than was originally quoted and we couldn't change cleaners because it was the last day of the lease. When they left, they left marks on the walls, dust still throughout the flat, and damp toilet paper in the bathroom.

So, they expect you to clean your house before their precious cleaners come to clean. The customer service team try to be really nice when you book with them, but you express your disagreement with the price increase, they ignore you and are unapologetic and you can sense arrogance as well in their tone. I am convinced that their other reviews are paid and fake, as I can't be the only one to be a victim of their misleading pricing policies. You will see a lot of reviews from people living interstate and overseas. I would steer clear of them.

I could not be more disappointed or disgusted in Fantastic Cleaners after using them for an end of…read morerental clean. I do not recommend them to anyone. The cleaners left a significant sized hole in my bathroom wall after ripping off my towel rack. This could only have been caused by them standing on it for who knows what reason. The cleaners had a 'friend' who could do a fast patch job as they wanted to avoid notifying head office. I did not trust the cleaners after this, let alone a 'friend'. No thank you. When I discussed the issue with head office I was told this was my only option. Again, no thank you. I had to take the next day off work to deal with the issue and sort out the huge hole in my bathroom wall. Not the cleaners or Fantastic Cleaners - my wasted time. $400 worth of damage was done which the cleaners or Fantastic Cleaners did not pay for.
