Was in the store today and checking out... somehow the manager and the employee ( checking me out)…read morewere having words. The manager walked to the counter from the print area and basically reprimanded the employee in front of customers. I was hugely embarrassed. The manager should have either asked the employee to finish the sale so they could talk in private OR ask the employee to take a break, let him finish the sale and then go to the back to handle the matter privately. The manager is responsible to handle these types of issues in a professional way. The employee is not blameless. I haven't a clue as to what was wrong other than he said another employee was talking behind his back about him.. and he said some things to escalate the matter I'm sure But .. bottom line falls to the one in charge of running the store. I don't want to shop where I'm subjected to this level of poor quality management. I think his anger got the best of him

Absolutely terrible customer service. More employees than customers in the store and still over 30…read moremins waiting for service in the print and copy section. Whatever you do, do not come to office depot located at 11400 W Markham St, Little Rock, AR 72211 They are severely under trained. No customer service. Not properly staffed. And they look you in your face knowing you have been waiting almost 45 mins in line and won't say a word.

I would…read moretake it to Office Depot on Markham St in Little Rock, Arkansas and they would take it and give me a replacement. I've done this around 8 to 10 times over many years. Today, I was told that the new manager at Office Depot will not honor product guarantees unless you still have the receipt from the original purchase. That has never been required before. I felt that Office Depot should know that they have a manager that does not honor Office Depot's product guarantees.
