DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! For us, we were required to pay my husband's bond in full. We were told we would get this money back once he received his sentence/probation, minus their fee. What a LIE!! Almost a year later, we are still fighting with them to get our money back. Ruby - an employee - does nothing but lie to us every week about a check being sent out. They lied to the BBB when I filed a complaint and they lied to the insurance company who issues the bonds, telling them that they had worked things out with us. At this point, it looks as if we're going to have to contact the El Paso County Bail Bond Board and have them step in. If you're going to use a bail bond company, pick one that is BBB Certified.
