You would have thought I learned my lesson in March, but no, I gave them the benefit of the doubt...WRONG...set a reservation up this time 4 days in advance (last was 2 weeks) and here we sit again trying to find another location because this location fails to have a vehicle and not contacting the customer. And no, they can not use the excuse of it being the result of COVID...its the lack of management ensuring inventory is uploaded in the the system correctly. Enterprise needs to close this location before it kills their reputation.

So I reserved again, prepaid another week in adavance from the same location. Again, I was greeted by the rude, location manager Raven and told no cars were available that week either while they were renting one to another customer while I stood there. I have missed to business appointments as a result. Never in my life have I experienced such calous indifference and hostility by a retail business. I will tell everyone I know about my experience. I had to request a refund through "customer service." Their Customer Service phoneline is an AI merry go round. This location's management needs to be replaced.

I was hit by a driver who ran a stop sign in a rental from this location, and he was using the…read moredefault liability. The service rep repeatedly told me Enterprise has nothing to do with it which is dangerously untrue, even after liability was determined the company sends me a ten page scare document claiming "proof" that I owe THEM $5k... it's just pictures of the damage on their car and a payment form. The claims adjuster is using petty cat-and-mouse tactics to prolong the issue hoping I'll just give up, meanwhile my car is a total loss and my back is injured. They've aggressively shirked responsibility from the get go when the at-fault was plain as day. If Enterprise is the last rental company on earth, I'll just walk.
