We had scratching noise behind one of our kitchen cabinets, which is mounted onto an outside wall, Sean from AAA Affordable Wildlife Control came to inspect the outside of the house to find the entry point of the critters. He sealed one of the most obvious vent duct, but the noise did not stop. He called to ask about the noise and came back again after a week to look for another entry point, this time he found one at the garage and he sealed it up, and the noise stopped. We are pleased with the service, the follow up Sean provided, and his honest assessment. read more

I've never written a bad review in my life, but here I am. I scheduled AAA to come investigate a potential squirrel/racoon issue. Their office scheduled it for Friday March 2nd, between 12-2. No one showed up during that time, so I called them around 4 pm to check-in. The woman was surprised that no one contacted me, and was apologetic. We rescheduled for today (Monday, March 5th) between 2-4 pm. Again, no one showed up or contacted me. When I called the office, the same woman told me that she wasn't able to get a hold of Blair because his cell phone routes directly to her during the day. She told me to text him, which I did and never got a response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

I rely on reviews to consider different services and write reviews when I would like others know about my experiences. I used this company 3 months ago and squirrels never left. I called him within the 5 business days I was given and he ignored all my calls. He did not finish the job and received a payment for an incomplete job!! I have to pay some one else to come and fix it. He also made a recommendation to spend $1800 to guarantee his work which was not reasonable. My problem is that the squirrels have never been removed to begin with! I would not recommend using them! read more

BEWARE! We found AAA Affordable Wildlife through Kijiji. The prices seemed reasonable and all the 'positive' reviews I read made me believe this company was legitimate. I have to now question the validity of the reviews I have read. Blair came to my home to complete an inspection for squirrels because we heard scratching in our walls as we've had recent squirrel activity in our yard. The inspection was completed too quick to be considered a full inspection. I would consider it sub-par. It seemed like Blair was eager to get paid and move-on to his next scheduled job to make another $150. He went on to say that it was mice, with no clear evidence and advised that we contact a professional rodent removal company. We did as he suggested and hired ORKIN to look for mice which cost us $580 on a one year contract. After many weeks of ORKIN coming to our home for follow-ups, it was confirmed that we in fact had squirrels in our home NOT mice. We called AAA Wildlife (Blair) to have him come back to let him know our findings and he immediately said he wanted another $150 to put a one way door and if we wanted another inspection it would also cost an additional $150. He denied that he ever told us that it was mice and that we contact a rodent removal company. So apparently this was all in our imagination!! Blair was extremely arrogant and had a very negative tone when speaking to both my husband and I. In addition, he smirks at you making it very apparent he does not care in the least. He lacks tact and needs to improve on his customer service skills. I question his level of professionalism. I had to respectfully ask him to leave my property as we were not interested in his services any longer. I will not support a company with my hard earned money which does not show respect to their clients. I'm sure AAA Wildlife (Blair) will provide a response to this review to try and defend his reputation and how we were spoken to BUT I wholeheartedly stand by my review. read more

He was reasonable, friendly, and got the job done efficiently. He goes the extra mile, and he wasn't too pricey. I live in an attached row townhouse complex. He was able to leave a one way door for mom, and her babies are waiting for her to be picked up later tonight. He even communicated with my neighbors and helped me to get one of them to help pay for the cost, because the racoon was entering and exiting from their older useless version of a one way gate. Overall I feel like I own my home again and I don't have those unwanted visitors disturbing my sleep anymore. Did I mention he came the same day, within a half hour, cleaned up afterwards, and worked during the covid-19 pandemic? I salute him for being a stand up help today for myself and my fiance. I would recommend him 10 times over!

We were dealing with a raccoon and her babies that broke into our attic and called AAA Affordable Wildlife Control. Blair was able to make it out the same day we called and arrived within two hours of phoning him. Within 10 minutes of arriving he quickly evaluated the problem and provided a detailed evaluation of what had to be done to get the raccoon and her babies out. He then went up into our attic and found the young baby raccoons and placed them outside for the mom to relocate. There was a lot of noise the first night as he explained would happen and by the second night it was totally quiet. He returned 5 days later to remove his one-way door and pick up his baby container he placed the babies in which was empty to our pleasure. Excellent service and great prices! Blair has been amazing, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Recently had a big hornet nest removed and was very happy with the promptness and excellent customer service from beginning to end. Blair was right on time, explained the procedure before he started and cleaned up after he finished the job. When the hornets came back after the removal and started to build a new nest on the other side of the window beam, he immediately came back and removed the new nest as well as part of his warranty. Had some problems with raccoons taking up camp in my house. These guys came out and installed the standard one way door for them to leave and seal up the entrance/exit. $300 Several months later, the coons returned. I called back several times. Sent texts, left messages, and for whatever reason, nobody would take nor return my calls. These creatures have since dug in deeper and given birth to young. They scratch all day and night and ripped out my insulation. I don't know what other damage they've done. I am currently working on something to get them out and reinforce the whole area so they can't return. I didn't want to leave a negative comment, but to ignore me they way this guy has was nothing short of ignorant. read more

I have just had a wonderful experience with AAA Affordable Wildlife Control. And I have to share it! My basement had become a home for a family of raccoons. After searching, I contacted AAA Affordable Wildlife Control. They were prompt and professional. The quality of their work and the respect for their customer shined through. Blair never hesitated in answering any of my questions and they preformed their job as quickly as possible. We had a squirrels nest in the corner of our roof near the electrical wire. Sean from AAA Affordable Wildlife Control was prompt, polite & professional. He found 2 entry holes & bits of torn insulation & sealed the holes with a door & advised me what to look for if the mother came back. Fortunately the squirrels had vacated & I feel confident they no longer have access to destroy our property. What a relief not to pay a ridiculous amount as we have in the past for raccoon removal.
