Jeff , the Boss is an honest businessman . When our transmission went out after only 53 k miles , the dealer we bought it from tried to charge us over 7,000 $ to replace it despite the low mileage and clean condition . It became obvious that they wanted our car for next to nothing so they good slap a rebuilt transmission in and flip for a big profit . Jeff was referred by a local shop . He did a free dx and offered a brand new transmission , fully installed and a 3 year guarantee for 1,000 less . He explained that our model and year of car was notorious for bad transmissions and he had replaced many . He installed a new transmission and fully calibrated it . He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with . The dealer , imo isn't the place to go with this problem . They automatically add 1,000 $ to the price and are out to get your car for cheap and convince you to buy another car from them . Jeff has been there for years and knows transmissions . read more

Where do I start.... First I was told my car would be done in 2 days..7 days later I finally get a call that my car is ready. I was told that multiple parts that they bought were bad. There was a major lack of communication until I started calling them to check on my car after 3 days. In the midst of my car being at their shop, it was driven from Coral Springs to lake worth and back without my knowledge until after the fact. Who ever drove my car ran over a screw and punctured my brand new tire. I got an alert through my Ford app that my front driver side tire is low. Called and told Jeff this and he said it must be a bad sensor... As for not having my car for a week, they offered me to get a rental car but this is out of my way so I didn't get one and saved them the money for that. So I finally get the call to come and get my car. I get there at 9:15, and I have to be out of there as quickly as possible due to a Dr appt at 10am. I get there and went to pay with my AMEX and was THEN told they didn't take Amex. Mind you I told Jeff that I would be paying with a credit card the very day I dropped my car off. That caused another whole issue with my bank. I also dropped my car off with a half tank of gas. I got my car back with only 45 miles left to E. I mentioned that to him while I was waiting to get done and he said sarcastically they could put gas in it. Once I finally get that settled and get my keys, I get into my car and it smells like the inside of a transmission shop. I try to drive off and see the Low tire pressure alert is on. I check my tire and immediately see the screw inside of it. IJeff comes out and asked me what's wrong at this point. I remind him that someone at the shop ran over a screw. His first reaction was to say they aren't liable for tires. Then he tells me to go next door and get it plugged. By now it's approximately 9:50 to get to a 10am Dr appointment. I should have been able to walk in and walk out with my keys. My tire should have been fixed before I got there and gas should have been put back in my car. Piss poor communication, horrible customer service. I only hope the work is better than the customer service. Mind you I didn't tell them I needed my car immediately as soon as it was done. So they had plenty of time to make those things right before I picked it up. As a fellow business owner I would be appalled if someone had gone through this at my company. read more

Great place! I went there bc the mechanic I went to said I had a transmission leak. They were very honest and said there was no leak and the transmission was fine. They also recommended a better mechanic. Highly recommend! read more

One of the best experiences, in a market where specialty services try to take advantage of customers. I went to AA Transmissions with a destroyed transmission on a newer vehicle. I dealt with Jeff, who was honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! This is the only place I will go to if I have transmission issues. I seriously recommend this place. read more

AA One Transmissions - 2013 Ford F-150. Had a shuddering torque converter. Mike fixed it. - Transmission Repair Near Me - Coral Springs, Florida

I had service on my 2007 Range Rover transmission with this shop a couple years ago. I went back to the shop a couple weeks ago and realized my old friend Jeff from another shop years ago is running the front office. After chatting a little bit, Jeff drove my Range Rover and determined that my transfer case was bad. Jeff found me a replacement, removed the old one and installed the replacement unit And for a very fair price. my car is running like a new one. Everybody in this shop seems to be about helping the customer, not about the business only. I'm sure there are other shops that do good work but they rebuild vehicles while building confidence and trust with the customer. Jeff and the rest of the crew explained everything to me so clearly and really performed above and beyond my expectations. This is a car that I own out of love and they gave it the same respect. Keep doing what you do guys. read more

I took my 2017 GMC Yukon to this shop for a full transmission repair. This family-owned transmission shop, unlike some other businesses, is serious about the work. They perform and take full ownership of it. Absolutely. Any issues that may arise due to the work they do. I had an excellent experience overall, they completely honor the warranty service that they provide. If I ever have any issues with transmission in any vehicle I own, I will come back. I would also highly recommend it.to anybody who needs transmission work done. The owner and personnel are very attentive, polite, and customer-oriented. read more

They rebuilt the transmission on my 2012 Ford Explorer. The staff was professional, upfront and they were very easy to contact. No machines, all calls answered. The reason I am posting is because they went above and beyond. As per their recommendation, I brought the vehicle back a few weeks after the repair so they could check that everything was good. It was, but there was an annoying rattling noise in the dashboard. While I was there they graciously checked it out. They removed the dash panel and found a bolt that was loose from when Ford did a repair on the power steering months ago. It was repaired free of charge even though it had nothing to do with the transmission repair. Would highly recommend. read more
