Do not, I repeat do not bring your rims here to get mounted…read more First of all I brought my rims and own tires in to get mount and balanced. Simple task right? Well I brought the tires and rims and left them in the car bays like the front desk person told me to. I had to run errands so they told me about 1-2 hours. 2 hours pass and I call to check and see if my wheels were done and I was told that they couldn't find my tires? I explained that the tires are there in the car bay. So basically nothing was done in those two hours and no one called me. In the end my wheels were finally done and when I picked my wheels up there's gouges on the inside of the rims and was told that the machine they had had to grip the rims from the inside since they were too big. If this was going to cause damage then either explain the risks or don't do it. Damaged all four rims on the inside barrel but what can I do. I wasn't offered compensation for the damages. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT bring your wheels here.

Thankfully, we dropped it off on a Monday morning and it was all fixed up by the following evening. We felt the prices were very fair and that everyone we dealt with were honest. Really happy with this repair shop. Even when we came to pick it up, Ron said, Oh, I didn't wash it, and then looks at the headlights and says, Let's buff these out. Transmission problems! I had several people recommendations me to Paul's Transmission for work and…read morethus I used their services twice. I had a 2019 Ford Transient Connect and then brought in my Nephews 2007 Dodge 3500. Dale, the owner and his Son treated me like a long lost friend and are real square shooters and gave honest advice in regard to my equipment. I'm an Aircraft technician for a major airline and former Fireman / truck maintainer so I have a good idea what's going on! Dale was beyond fair with me and saved me Thousands in repairs With good advice to his detriment. Example, He could have fixed my Ford Transient Connect costing thousands but advised me "the transmission overall a defective design, I should get rid of it and sell it as is. " I traded it to car dealer and a year latter I received notice from Ford regarding it's transmission replacement.  I saw the review below involving the guy with the 1975 Eldorado and asked Dale about it. As an aircraft mechanic for 42 years, I can tell you as a technician we are not perfect all the time and sometimes things go wrong. Even the owner of the 1975 Eldorado admited it "Serious mistake but things happen". To me, It's how you recover from your mistakes that count! After speaking in depth with Dale about the issue and the video and photographic evidence he presented me, I feel Dale went above and beyond to remedy his mistake and fairly assuage a unsatisfied customer. However, as a Technician I have found in Life there are people you just can't make happy or they want things for free. I now have a friend and Transmission go to guy! They delivered the car one day earlier than promised and at the exact price quoted. Last Friday I found a nail in one of my tires. It was 7am and the family was heading to Disney. I drove over to Expert Car Care and they were ACTUALLY OPEN at 7am! They told me to pull the car around the back and that they were going to look at it IMMEDIATELY! I am used to the big box-store tire places which usually make you wait 2-3 hours before they even look at the tire! Within TWO MINUTES, Max the mechanic was lying on the floor and looking at the tire. FIFTHTEEN MINUTES later, the tire was fixed! Oh and by the way, there was NO CHARGE for the repair! Instead, I tipped the Manager and Max. That is an old-time way of doing business that really values its customers. Keep up the great work!
