We had a leaking toilet so Joe replaced the cracked toilet with a pricey brand toilet (Toto Toilet). His hours are till 3 PM on Saturdays. He said it was a holiday weekend so he charged us double time during regular business hours. We paid $725 to replace and install a new toilet. 8 months after purchasing our first home, we discovered a severely eroded pipe that our inspector from The Home Inspection Authority overlooked. We called the Home Warranty and (big surprise!) they didn't cover it. Since it was a leak in the kitchen waste line, the warranty told us to hire a restoration company (2-3K) to clean out the water in the crawl space (which already dried out) before they could do any work. Instead, I looked around Angie's list and called a few plumbers. Joe offered a very fair price with none of the BS I heard from the other plumbers so I scheduled an appointment through his company. Joe and his employee came out early on a Saturday (not charging us extra for the weekend work) and replaced the entire eroded galvanized steel pipe with ABS in less than two hours. They hauled away the old pipe and rang up the price that was quoted to me on the phone. I went under the crawlspace for some unrelated work last week and the plumbing repair was properly done without any leaking. I recently discovered a pool of water in my garage and a wet wall. I called on AA All Valley Plumbing and right from that first call we received nothing but stellar service. My call was answered immediately and Joe showed up as promised and on time. Because the leak was behind a wall, Joe had to break it open to access the situation properly and it was discovered that there was a leak in the sewer line running down the wall of the garage. Joe had to come back the next day, again on time, and continue to break the wall open from the ground to the ceiling to find the exact source of the leak. He then needed to go and get the exact pipe for the job and was back at it within the hour. The pipe was fixed, better than new and all said and done they had the job completed within 4 hours. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up as well. I'm on the HOA Board of my condo and have dealt with many plumbers over the years. AA Valley has to be the best one that we have used and would certainly have no hesitations to call them back for any plumbing issues. The owner of my home called joe cause I guess he's done work for her before. This man is so rude and completely unprofessional . He yelled at me and was clearly upset with the owner but took it out on me. We had a corroded pipe break under our kitchen sink. All he did was complain that it's the corona virus and he's old and shouldn't be out and that if he gets sick then that's on me... ? Wtf! He was supposed to bill the owner but he wouldn't even call her and tell her the work he did or the price. So we got stuck with paying him on the spot as he was extremely persistent on "you better pay me". I have never had such a mean and rude individual come into my home like that. AA All Valley Plumbing saved us from a potential fraudulent job by Ritz Plumbing. $12,000.00 vs $1,400.00 job. They came at 7:30pm at night after the Gas Company came out from a gas leak smell we detected in the morning. Gas was shut off by the Gas Company with leaks detected. Ritz Plumbing came first, read that review for the whole story. We were saved by AA All Valley Plumbing and the job was completed and Gas turned safely back on, they were amazing and I will use them again for sure!!!! Joe is the Best. I called AA Plumbing after a horrible encounter with another plumber. Joe came out at 6 a.m.! to replace my water heater so I could take a warm shower before work. Amazing. He also reviewed what the other plumber had done and told me I had been over charged and they did not replace the pipes under the house like they were hired to do.
