The job was to extend my bathroom vent through the roof. They did not want to crawl in my attic, so they installed the outlet in the wrong spot. They did not attach the other end either. I paid them in full before I realized they did not do the job. When I called to inform them, the owner said he would come to see the job but never showed. He did this twice. He would not answer the phone when he did not show. He said he would call back but never did. On top of this, the roofers left cigarette butts on my lawn. I will never use them again and would not advise anyone to use them.
