Please do not use this company, we had a dreadful experience…read more We spoke to them and were quoted £49 for service and £20 for a replacement lock. Upon completing the service we were charged £49 for service and £60 for the replacement lock. We then spoke to their office afterwards where we were told that is just the price they charge (btw i have used another locksmiths for the same job with total price £70 so don't use them on price basis alone). I have subsequently looked up the lock and it is a basic model european cylinder - approx RRP £10-15. I then attempted to search the company on the receipt which was 'Locksmiths 2 Go', this is neither the trading name of the 'The Lock Company' or 'Cardan Ltd' the legal name on the website. After asking them on the phone who carried out the service they said it was "the locksmith company". Only after I said that the receipt said Locksmith 2 Go did they change their response. I think you can imagine the kind of outfit that refuses to name the company providing the service and advertises under a different company when searched in google. Don't make the same mistake we did, please choose a member of the Master Locksmiths Association to provide any locksmith services not these cowboys!
