A-Z was contracted by aaa to tow my car. When I picked up my car the SERVICE CENTER THE front fender and rear bumper were damage. AAA said they were not responsible. A-z denied causing the damages and refused to respond to states attorneys office when THEY reached out. The damage amount is $2600. No one me is taking responsibility for damages. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NEVER LET THIS BUSINESS TOUCH YOUR CAR. DONT LET THEM TOW YOUR CAR. Also, if u think when AAA tows ur car and things go bad to your car AAA will not help you or cover any cost of damages. read more

Tow truck driving excessively fast with flashing red lights on Route 70 towards Columbia/29 S at approximately 10pm June 20. No emergency, no vehicle being towed - driver was clearly trying to "clear/bully" other drivers out of his way. read more

Tow truck driver blocked our car in that was parking legally. When we attempted to pull forward to not be blocked in, he pulled forward as well. When he left his truck, he went to the Halal place next door. He wasn't there to tow anyone, he was just being aggressive for no reason. Wouldn't trust these guys at all if this is how they act. read more

Actually 1 star is to much for there service. I contacted AAA who dispatched this towing company and the driver could not follow directions to locate my vehicle while I was broke down on the beltway. Worst company ever!!! read more

I just witnessed an AZ Towing flatbed truck driving like an absolute drunken MANIAC on 695 and then 70 West. He cut me off with no signal and nowhere near enough room to merge. I then watched him cut multiple other people off, weaving in and out of traffic- never signaling, sometimes cutting the same people off more than once as he changed lanes partially and then switched back mid lane-change at what had to be 20 mor 30 miles over the speed limit. If I didn't know any better I would swear he was drunk. I wouldn't trust them with a bicycle of mine. read more

A-z towing is a AAA contractor. They were dispatched for a flat tire repair when I called AAA. The guy was not happy that I had tried to put the car on the jack. He then assumed that I had stripped the lug nut. He wanted me to sign a release that includes my drivers license number. When I called AAA, I found out that the release is optional, but that they should not be asking for my drivers license number. He did not want to help me, although I had signed the release. Would not recommend. Had to put one star to write the review on Yelp, but really there are no stars. read more

I needed a tow from AAA and was picked up by Dustin from A&Z. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to save me $ from the dealer he towed me to. He turned around what had started as a nightmare day. Highly recommend. read more

I got a flat on my way home and called AAA. AZ Towing (contracted with AAA) arrived to my location within 20-30 minutes. AZ Towing changed my tire to the spare and refilled the spare, checked the tire pressure on the remaining tires, AND helped me sort out the problem with my flat tire (loose valve stem, the tire is still OK). He was so kind and helpful, and explained all of the steps to me while he was changing my tire. I am very thankful to AZ Towing for their service. read more

I would like to report aggressive and irresponsible driving by AZ Towing based out of Laurel, MD. Today at approximately 8:30 AM, I was unlucky enough to be on the road next to the AZ Towing Truck, who was driving aggressively on 695 South - speeding, cutting people off (me included) - all with an BMW SUV on its tow! We took the same exit and at a red light, I took a picture of the truck in case something happened. I didn't honk and wasn't rude at all. I guess the driver saw me take a picture because - as we are on Reisterstown Rd in Owings Mills, MD - they started chasing me. Honking and weaving in and out of traffic to chase me down. I'm not sure what they planned on doing if they caught me or if they just wanted to scare me, but I didn't want to take any chances. I had to pull into a fire station so they would stop chasing me. I missed my turn (and was late to work) in an effort to lose them. I don't understand what could have warranted such a response but I am disappointed in AAA for contacting such a company. I am a long time member (my family, even longer) and will not be using AAA for my towing needs since you hire careless/aggressive/shameful contractors. If that was my $40K SUV on the back of that truck, I would consider legal action. read more
