Unfortunately, the next rain storm, they toppled over again to no surprise. I again called Mr. Cesar and he said he would come by and repair promptly. It's been 7 weeks and he has yet to show. Every week it's a different excuse from he is mowing grass, he lost track of time, and to now completely avoiding my calls. I have had to hire another landscaper to make repairs. Yes, he gives you a fair price, but is unreliable. Small business guys like him, give other small business guys a bad name. I am more likely to use someone a bit more expensive next time. Guess in short, you get what you pay for.
