Very friendly place with simple, but good food. We ate there twice in two days. On our first visit, we shared a plate of grilled pork chops. It came with a delicious salad, French fries, and white rice. The bread, butter, cheese, etc. cost extra (as usual in Portugal), and tasted wonderful. On our second visit, we were only a little bit hungry, so we shared the grilled chorizo appetizer. Again, the cheese cost extra, but it was perfect. Try the cheese that's orange on the outside with the chorizo. The proprietor doesn't speak much English, but he tries and he's very friendly. If you can bring a Portuguese phrase book, it would be helpful. read more
