We took the little doll shirt to them. Not only did they put the name on it, it was white with a black border around each letter. It came out awesome. The price was amazing. I thought even if I did find someone who would be able to do it, I probably wouldn't be able to afford it. I just can't express how happy I am about the amazing job they did on a doll shirt.

My only complaint is that when I walked in they asked the man standing near-ish to me how we could be helped. I pointed out that I didn't bring a man to help me and I was there all by my lonesome to pick up and order. The guy behind the counter stuttered for a second but was quick to grab the items and load everything up. I didn't ask for help loading, but the offer was appreciated. Quick service. I was literally the only customer in the store, and there were three employees standing around gossiping loudly the entire time. No greeting. No "Can I help you find anything?" No acknowledgment whatsoever. Just gossip. At one point, I'm standing there staring at them with a shoe in my hand waiting for a different size. I finally walk over and try to hand one of them the shoe, and he acts like he can't believe I just asked him to do something. And then says "Oh no, I'm not taking the shoe." .. Like?? It's your stores shoe from the shelf??! Then another employee walks by carrying her Stanley cup and personal items. I stop her and ask if they have a different size. She literally just looks at me like I'm annoying, turns around, and walks away without saying a single word. No "Let me check." No "I'll be right back." Nothing. A few minutes later she comes back with the same shoe because they didn't have my size. That's completely fine, but maybe communicate that you were looking? I had no clue if she was even checking because she never said a word. The entire time nobody asked if the shoes fit, if I needed help finding anything else, or if there was another size available. It was straight back to the gossip session. No "hi, bye, screw you.." NOTHING I'm not one to leave negative reviews, and anyone who knows me knows I'm probably too patient most of the time. But customer service was completely nonexistent. I've had better customer service from THE DMV Great prices. Great products. Completely unprofessional staff who seemed far more interested in their conversations than the only customer in the store.
