I was not able to go to the office in person due to work, however, I was able to send over all my documents through their secure portal. Once I sent the information, Benjamin took care of everything. The AI agents were horrible, kept sending me through the same loop, and ultimately I gave up and left a 3*. After their prompt response by a real person to set up an appointment, I decided to take down my review to potentially leave a better one if things went well. I was scheduled for an appointment about a week out, and at the time of the appointment, I called the number and received another virtual assistant (not AI to my knowledge), who told me that the person I had the appointment with was on another call. I left my number and was never contacted, until about 3 weeks later, by email calendar invite, telling me that another appointment had been set up in another week or two. I already got my issues handled by another CPA and will be working with that other firm in the future. I hope this firm here gets their virtuals and artificials straightened out soon

We have properties, write-offs, and business expenses that we needed an expert to look at to be sure we were on track with our finances and everything was legit. One thing I didn't know is that Mary has a dry sense of humor.
