Outstanding storage facility! Well priced and they have storage sizes to meet whatever your need! I am very pleased with my experience with these people. The storage facility is in a great location and is surrounded by fence and electronic gate to help keep all your things safe. They have cameras on the premise and security seems good. There are all different kinds of storage sizes and they even have some climate controlled units if needed. Prices seem to be very good and you can set up auto payments if you wish. They also have an automated kiosk in the front you can stop to make payments as well. The staff are very helpful and extremely nice people. I have always been happy with my experiences with the staff and the facility! Bottom line is there is no better place in Enid to store your valuables. If I could leave ZERO stars I would!! We have rented 3 CLIMATE CONTROLLED units at this facility for YEARS and haven't had any complaints really, besides the price being so high for the small size of unit you get, but that's not the issue. Over the past 3 years, the prices have CONTINUALLY GONE UP and we've paid it to keep all our things in an AIR CONDITIONED environment. Today, Friday the 13th, I took my 70 year old mother and my toddler, over to work on our units, plus we had some more boxes to carry inside. Now, it was a warm, humid day today, but the high temp was only 87 degrees. We got to the facility at around 5:30pm and went inside to unlock our unit. For the FIRST TIME EVER the place was as HOT AS AN OVEN!! Even though it was a hot day, it was COOLER OUTSIDE than it was INSIDE!! At first we thought the AC was turned up or broken, but no, it was OFF!! Not only was the air conditioning OFF in our area, I checked the other so-called, "climate controlled"building, and it was OFF TOO!! The AC control on that wall read OFF and 92 degrees, the wall control in our building also said OFF and 93 degrees! It was IMPOSSIBLE to work inside the building and we had to leave! I called the answering service to leave a complaint and I took photos of the temperature inside both of the buildings to show everyone that this facility is committing FRAUD and THEFT!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau immediately and because the owners of this facility are ripping us all off, we'll be finding a new place ASAP! In this crappy economy, where money is so tight for families everywhere, to be blatantly ripping customers off like this is criminal! read more
