Firstly, I would like to confirm that A.S. Adventure finally delivered, after much effort on my part, the product I had previously ordered a month earlier.
Let me put some warnings
The ordered products were delivered after more than a week.
One of the products was incomplete.
Only after three days they responded to my complaint.
The response to my complaint merely consisted of standard comments.
For example, I could swap my incomplete product in one of their stores.
Living outside Belgium, swapping in one of their Belgian stores is not so convenient.
Certainly not convenient if the product is not in stock.
Only after a complaint again from my side the cost of the postage on their behalf was taken.
The return of the incomplete product was confirmed by them after a week.
Ultimately, the delivery of the ordered product took a month!
Meanwhile, I am bombarded almost daily with their advertising.
Removing my name of their mailing list is apparently impossible.
My correspondence with A.S. Adventure about the deliverance of one product covers a book.
Especially since after each message their standard question is whether I am satisfied.
Even if I have said explicitly that I am dissatisfied.
