Caverna's emo rock theme was quirky, and it brought back a lot of memories of listening to All American Rejects, Blink 182, My Chemical Romance, and more. My husband mentioned to the bartender that he enjoyed the bar look and music while snapping a few photos of the bar. To show their appreciation, the bar gave us all a shirt, some stickers, and their house specialty cachácã drink that comes in a glass skull. It was an incredibly nice gesture, and we certainly appreciated all of it. I wished we could have stayed longer, as their cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks (I had the green apple maté) were delicious and service was obviously totally kick-ass and friendly!

They have a breakfast menu (which, for the variety and quality of what they are serving, I can get it for slightly cheaper elsewhere. Not that the food is bad though, its decent, just talking about the price). They also have a wide selection of cakes (which I'm not a fan of because the few that I have tried so far has been too sweet for my liking), pastries (the ones I have tried are not too bad), pasta and sandwiches (which I have not tried), soups (decent) and some other stuff on their menu too. p/s : wifi password (regardless which branch you go to) : cafeina2014 (it was 2013 when i went in 2013 :p)

The Caesar salad was so bland - you could see the dressing but it literally has no effect on your taste buds. The sandwich was decent, nothing special. The one thing that really did hit it out of the park was the pineapple juice - so good!! However, my friends strawberry smoothie (R$12) was wayyyyy too sweet. Overall, would come here again for only coffee, pastries or pineapple juice. P.S. Wifi password is Cafeina2015 (or whichever year it happens to be)
