A woman came out of the office and saw me and another vehicle still cleaning but didn't say a word to us. Just walked back in the office. I thought they were gonna turn them back on but after 5 mins passed they were still off. I walked around to ask if them what time they closed and all the doors were closed and the employees were gone. I don't know what time they close but it was was only 3:45. Definitely will go somewhere else next time and cannot reccommend this business!

My husband was in your Ruston location Monday. The attendant told him to take his hands off the…read morewheel and vehicle in neutral as he entered the carwash. He complied and placed his feet on the floorboard and hands across his chest and proceeded through the carwash. While going through, his Tahoe was knocked off the track, and the car behind him hit him FOUR times. At that point, he threw his vehicle in drive and pulled out. My son had to run and tell the employees to STOP the track. He found them sitting around on their phones, oblivious to what was going on. The lady behind him wasn't sure what had happened. She just felt the impact. Ruston PD came out. My son watched the the video footage along with your employees were reviewing it while the police office spoke to the manager. My son said it was clear that daytime running lights were on and not the brake (as your manager suggested on the police report). My son also mentioned that there was a bottle of KRATOM on the counter where the employees were. Police were told they'd have a copy of the video footage Wednesday. And my husband was told that the manager or owner would contact him. It's Friday, and NO ONE has contacted us. I tried to call the manager myself, and he had conveniently just left for the day. I left a message for him to call me back. He never did. After the incident, I started looking at customer reviews, and it seems just 3 weeks ago, a lady was stuck in your carwash because the track malfunctioned, and she even had a picture of the employee fixing it. It also seems you're notorious for gaslighting your customers and never taking responsibility for the damage your machine causes. All my husband wanted to do was wash his truck before he headed out of town. AND on top of everything, he spent nearly $20 and still left with a dirty vehicle. The negligence in this whole situation is appalling. Your staff was texting rather than doing their jobs. Now I have to deal with the possibility of the lady behind me trying to file a claim on MY insurance. When the fact is .... my husband did NOT hit the brake. Your manager lied and made assumptions to the police. They weren't even watching or aware of what was happening until my son ran to tell them. No one has contacted us about the incident. Most definitely will not ever be back and I will take the opportunity to tell EVERYONE I know about our experience.

However, don't be deceived...the wax job was okay, but not worth the amount of money. Specifically, your car will be a BIT more shiny than a regular car wash, but after about 4 days, that shine will disappear and it will look like your regular ole' car! The service here was also not too professional...I brought my car here and it was pouring down raining when I left....so WHY ON EARTH would the workers allow me to drive off with a freshly waxed car KNOWING it would mess up the wax job. The workers told me, "You can drive off, but you'll have to bring it back tomorrow for another wax job" ... which I did, but they were CLOSED because it was Sunday....(so again) WHY would they tell me to come back KNOWING they would be closed. It was very annoying and I will never be TRICKED into getting by car waxed again. People are quick to judge the automatic car washes with the wax option...but guess what....that's what I'll be doing from now on since I know better!

When I went to pick the car up, I was told I owed $175! And they couldn't even get the full stain out the trunk. I initially thought the guy was joking. Obviously I was horribly mistaken. I was told that I asked for the car to be detailed, which included them shampooing the carpet and seats. I NEVER asked for that! I was so upset! So the guy taking my payment said that he will only charge me $160. Big whoop! Then when I actually got in my car to drive off - I noticed that there were still crumbs, dirt, and dust in the interior. They could tell I was super frustrated, and offered to give me a free wash next time. There will NEVER be a next time! This was a complete rip off! How can you charge such ridiculous prices for such subpar work, and a service I never requested?!?!
