They have recieved all paperwork and come up with one excuse after another about why it has not been mailed yet. So far it has supposedly been mailed 4 different times, but I have not gotten it. If I call the office, usually there is no one there who handles collatoral reimbursement. When Marci (the person who handles it) is there, she tells me I need to speak with the owner, Mildred T. Battle. When I speak with Mildred, she says I need to speak with Marci. The only possible explanation is that they are trying to keep my collatoral. Battle Bonding are scam artists! stay away! So, I wanted to pull the bond and receive my money back. I was told they would file a lawsuit against me if I didn't pay the remaining balance. It is my understanding that this is a lie. They would have just revoked the bond since it wasn't paid in full. Please seek assistance from a company that has integrity. A company that appreciates your business and will offer you client-centered assistance. I plan to complain further. They took a full bond of 10% knowing the person could not be released. They lied and offered no support in advising me. They didn't even have money to give me $3 change. Contact several companies before posting bond. This company lacks integrity. No one is responding to my attempts at further communication. I have called and left a voicemail and text the company, but no one has responded.
