Broadway By the Sea -- A Place Where Care Feels Like Family…read more Broadway By the Sea is more than a rehabilitation center -- it is a place where compassion, professionalism, and genuine human kindness come together to lift people up when they need it most. During my stay, I experienced something rare: a staff that treats every person with dignity, patience, and sincere respect. From the moment I arrived, the staff removed every fear I had., "In the morning they would come in the room and introduce his or herself by saying good morning Mr. Odis if you need anything just press the button." That simple act of kindness set the tone for my entire stay. Every person I encountered -- from the Case Manager to the Maintenance Workers -- treated me like family. A Team That Works as One One of the most impressive things about Broadway By the Sea is how well the staff works together. All three shifts operate like a perfectly coordinated team. No matter who walked into my room, they already knew what I needed and how to help. "I was very impressed on how the staff on all three shifts worked together as a team. Remember 'Team Work Makes the Dream Work.'" And at Broadway By the Sea, that teamwork is real -- you can feel it. Therapists Who Change Lives The Physical and Occupational Therapy staff didn't just help me -- they helped me regain my mobility. They pushed me, encouraged me, and made sure I was truly ready to go home. Their dedication is the reason I left stronger than I arrived. Kindness in Every Department Even the kitchen staff showed patience and understanding. If someone wanted more food, something different, or had a complaint, they handled it with grace."The kitchen staff never got upset... they would add or subtract whatever the complaint was." That level of patience is rare, and it speaks volumes about the culture of the entire facility. Healing the Heart, Not Just the Body When I first arrived, I was angry, depressed, and frustrated. But the staff didn't just treat my physical condition -- they helped heal my spirit. Their kindness turned my darkness into light."I actually smiled once the light came into my heart." That is what makes Broadway By the Sea special. They don't just care for you they care about you. A Perfect Score On a scale from 0 to 100, I gave Broadway By the Sea 100 plus -- and I stand by that. If I ever fall again and need help, I would request to go right back to Broadway By the Sea. They earned my trust, my respect, and my gratitude. Your Friend Mr. Odis

The people are very nice all of the staff, including the nursing staff the CNA's the people that run its social services even housecleaning . There's quite a few on staff that I hit it off with really well and they're very kind and funny and we keep each other laughing.. my experience has been 99% positive and I appreciate them. Also, I think the food is good. I've never been to such a facility before, but the food exceeds what I had assumed it would be. I'm 67- feeling stronger and healthier each day; i've been here one week, exactly on New Year's Eve I recommend to transfer here on a weekday instead of weekend when certain staff members aren't here

From the start, the staff were professional, kind, and attentive. They made her feel comfortable and well cared for throughout her stay. The facility itself is very clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind. Most importantly, my mom's health noticeably improved during her time here, and she even told us how much she enjoys being there -- which speaks volumes. We're grateful for the support and care she's received and would definitely recommend this place to others seeking a compassionate rehab environment. Awesome MDS coordinator and staff! Thank you.

The patients brothers flew out to get their sister back home so they could manage her care closer to them. We needed to transfer the patient from Los Angeles all the way to Falmouth Massachusetts by plane and this was no easy task for the condition the patient was in, but they helped make it happen and for that we are truly grateful. Anytime you have loved one in any facility you have to commit to doing your part. This was a trying time and The Administration team was there to make the difficult transfer happen. The family member is now at another facility near her brothers in her home State Massachusetts safe and sound. Thanks for the much needed support Dr Ishihara, Maritza, Odalys, and the rest of the team A very appreciative Family

My mother has been at this facility for almost 2 years. They constantly lose her belongings and…read moreclothes we brought for her to wear to physical therapy. I brought so many hangers for her little closet and they keep getting stolen. They lost my mothers eyes glasses for a week and finally they turned up since i went down there and raised hell. Now her cell phone is currently missing and a CNA named Brianna gave her a shower and let her listen to music from her phone. But failed to give it back to her. If it doesnt show up soon im going to assume she stole it. This place is not great and they have very poor communication with family members. I leave messages and nobody ever returns my calls. One of their agents were supposed to be looking into other facilities that would care for my mom to transfer to and that person never called me back and i cant get ahold of them. DO NOT choose this place for your loved ones. Its more of a headache than anything and personal belongings get stolen. My mother has also had a rash for over 2 months now in their care and they aren't doing anything about it. Just RECENTLY my mother said they were finally getting her to a dermatologist soon. Not sure what it is but i dont even hug her when i visit. The owners have changed over to "Catalina Care Center" now. They are barely switching the business name over. I need to find a way to file a complaint with the owners.
