First off, the business partners are very quick to reply to requests. Not only that, but they make sure they know exactly what you need first. I was told an hour and a half for 2 vehicles. The only reason that wasn't accommodated was because they wanted to make sure my Tesla windows were dry before sending me on my way. Still, 3 hour turned into 3 1/2 and I know that the job was done correctly. The value is incredible. I was quoted 700 for my Tesla MY alone, walked out paying half for ceramic. Thanks guys. I got a brand new car and I wanted to get the windows tinted because the area I live in is very sunny and warm. I looked around and did my research with different tinting companies in the area and A Perfect Shade was the first company to respond almost immediately late at night. I got quotes from other businesses and their prices were nowhere near the ones I received at A Perfect Shade. So in terms of pricing, I got an AMAZING deal. The deal alone should be a good enough reason for everyone to give them business. Not only was their pricing superior, but their service and friendliness were notable. I was busy with work as I am a first responder so I did not have time to drop off my car and had to have my father do it. They drove my dad back to our house and even picked him up when the car was ready. How many tinting services would go above and beyond like this? The answer: none. I've never had service this stellar before. My father and I were prepared to call a Lyft or Uber to get home but they offered to drive which is unbelievable in this day and age where people don't want to go above and beyond to serve their customers. That's the key here is that A Perfect Shade cares about it's customers. They want to give the BEST service and you can tell they are genuine and truly care about doing a good job and taking care of people. I mentioned I was working as a first responder and they even gave me a discount. How perfect is this place! There's a reason why they are called a PERFECT shade. This alludes to my next point, which is the emphasis on PERFECTION. My new car had factory tints embedded in the rear windows. I was prepped and explained that the tinting would never be equal between the front and rear windows. They spent their time working with me and explaining this and offered their opinions in order to get it the perfect shade that I wanted. Unfortunately, because I was at work, the shading didn't pan out to what I had originally wanted. I let them know and they offered to take it back to the shop and add more shade free of charge. I was blown away because I was fully willing to pay extra for this service but they offered and were so friendly and understanding. I took the car back and they worked with me for over an hour trying to find the perfect shade. I highly highly recommend A Perfect Shade for all of your tinting needs. Trust me, I was formerly a yelp elite xD so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. No but seriously, this place is the best.
