On 9th dec 2009 at about 15.45 I phoned A PEACOCK to book a dental appointment. The receptionist was not very communicative, and when i spoke to her - after going away to check my diary briefly - there was no response, so i said hello to see if she was still there - she replied- 'its not instant you know' in a rude manner. She seemed to think i was being impatient, when in fact all i wanted was to confirm she was still on the phone - because she said nothing when i returned to the phone and spoke. So i pointed this out to her and hung up - rudeness gets you no where! I felt she was very incommunicative and unhelpful leaving me to do all the talking and not being at all responsive except when pushed - i cannot judge the actual dental care since the receptionists rudeness meant i hung up and pursued it no further read more
