In the past people have told me some of the ideas I come up with are very unreasonable and unrealistic. Not only didn't you do this but everything I asked for you said sure. Some of which were pretty major changes.as for the actual job you exceeded my wildest expectations threes always things a person would change if they were to do something a second time. this is one of the rare occasions everything was done perfectly.i wouldn't change a thing. you and your guys have done a fantastic job! i would like to mention one last thing. for as long as i can remember my bathroom sink tap has leaked, the tap had nothing whatsoever to do with replacing the bathtub, i hadn't even mentioned it leaked, when i returned home to see the new tub , much to my amazement i had a new sink tap and was told by you LYLE the old one leaked so you replaced it . if that isn't going beyond the call of duty then i don't know what is. you guys rock D.C. This was the only shop in the city that I could find had the parts in stock and at a much better price than other plumbing shops were quoting me to order it in. At that time Lyle also thoroughly explained my options to ensure the unit was kept in good working order by cleaning it and I decided to have him do the work. Lyle and his apprentice showed up exactly when promised to remove the steamer, which took a little more work than anticipated, because of the way the previous owners had installed it. It also took extra work/time to reinstall it because of that, but Lyle stuck to the price originally quoted and only charged me a small amount for a part which was needed for the reinstallation. He is very knowledgeable & experienced. His wife Brenda was also very pleasant to deal with at the shop. Great local business!
