Then heard from an employee I believe her name is Tammy (could be wrong) then NO CALLS again. She told me over phone she would be in contact with me the next week with an opportunity. NEVER heard back. I have called numerous times and left messages, NEVER get a return call. Then a few times speaking to their receptionist RUDE!! She (her words), Do you want me to take the message or NOT? And she will call you when she gets back from lunch. All 3 times I called she's at lunch?? Even thought I made sure to call early AM so that I do not disrupt her lunch and still again, She's at lunch. I do understand the receptionist is doing her job. BUT how does your staffing agency want to put out people with GOOD customer service when your OWN receptionist does not apply it!! I did ask her am I not a candidate is that why you are all pushing me out? Her response, Do you want me to take the message or NOT! I used this company in the past between jobs and they were great so I thought I would use them again since I am between jobs again due to being laid off. I would not use this staffing agency. 5 THUMBS DOWN!!
