Was excited to visit. They were very busy on the day I visited. No problem! The person that did my…read morepedicure was a student. The problem? She used her own tools and they were not sanitized. She had used them on someone else... and they looked like something you could buy at the store, not professional grade... and very old used nail files...yuck. Because they were busy, someone else painted my nails and she was commissioned to the next customer. Guess what? I watched her use the SAME exact utensils on the next client. That is a major problem. The person who finished the polish for me, grabbed a cuticle cutter from her previous client to nip something off my nail. I was horrified by it all. I am a public health professional and this is unsanitary and dangerous. I don't know if the student was required to provide her own tools or what the situation was, but I probably won't be back. The ambience and customer service were great, but I value sterilized tools over EVERYTHING.
