Great classic escape room. Convenient location close to shops and restaurants. Clinical Trial is a greater beginner room and the room was set up very well, And the story was really interesting for tweens and teens. read more

My daughter and her friends really enjoyed themselves. The people working there are the best. Thanks A Narrow Escape for giving the birthday girl a good laugh. read more

My husband and I did two escape rooms while visiting Hot Springs. One was a traditional escape room with puzzles. The second was the owner's newest creation. It was interactive, fun and challenging. The owner was very excited to share it with us. Enjoyed the live introduction vs just watching a video like most escape rooms. We will definitely come again next time we are in town! Definitely worth your time. Also visit the Coffee shop Robo World, coffee was pretty great and the robots were friendly. read more

My wife and I have tried several escape rooms. We tried A Clinical Trial here and enjoyed it (mostly since we best it easily). I'd say this is a great room for those with little or no experience. The clues are very linear - you are really only solving one puzzle at a time. They are very generous with hints and there're isn't much misdirection - most of the items you find in the room really are used to solve the puzzles. The person who checked us in and gave us our orientation was very friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic read more

We did the 'Clinical Trial' and it was super fun (although we did feel DUMB during some of the maze). The owner was super into what he does, and even talked to me about how some of the games/rooms were programmed by himself. He is crazy smart, from just the small conversation we had. They also had some very fun mini games (robo-fight, cars, etc), that would be super cool to play before your actual escape room. read more

This was probably the hardest escape room I have ever done!! We did the Alice in wonderland themed room and it was very difficult. I like that if you take too long in something they will give you clues. And if you don't get it they just skip that part for you so you're not stuck on the same one the whole game. Very interactive and have to think out of the box. read more

The staff was amazing! The individual had such enthusiasm for us to be there and the room that had been setup for us. It really helped with suspension of reality. read more

Played the escape room for the first time. I had no clue what to expect or how to play prior to arriving. So I just played along with family and we managed to escape before the 1-hour timer went off. The place was easy to find. The room was set up mysteriously, but it could be nicer. The hints were printed and spit out just in time. It felt like my brain just got an exercise. The room we played in was family friendly. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you're in town with an hour to spare, this might not be a bad choice. Free public parking within walking distance. Nearby parking meters take coins. It was the cheapest parking that I've ever seen at a tourist attraction. Have fun! read more

Great place! We did 2 rooms today. I felt stupid doing the Alice one .... But we still got out! thank you for the clues. We also got out of the Home Alone room again with clues and EXTRA puzzles. Apparently if the system realizes you are going through the puzzles fast, it'll give you some more puzzles. I loved that! Thanks A Narrow Escape for a fun day. read more

So visited Hot springs on a whim with my husband and two kids (15 & 11) for a quick trip. We love doing escape rooms and found this place. Rooms were fun and also level appropriate. We did one Friday night. Enjoyed it so much went back and did two more the next night. Price was good. Have paid way more for less fun. They also had coffee and hot cocoa in the main area. Which was nice on a cold night. The coconut chocolate cookie coffee was fantastic. We did the Murder in silver city, wonderland, and the clinical trial room. All very challenging but very fun. Clean and covid-19 safety in mind. read more

We did the Wonderland escape room with 7 of us during my bachelorette weekend in Hot Springs! We all had a blast and did really well working together to solve the room!! It was clever, not too easy but not too hard. I appreciated that we got clues! read more

This was my first escape room and now the bar is set. Had so much fun we ended up doing 2 rooms. My wife and my daughter also had a blast.

The room we did (clinical trial) was not giving clues. We didn't know until the end it wasn't working at all. Apparently we needed the clues, lol. I wish it had been working, my kids were bored and we've done many escape rooms. read more

We did the Murder at Silver City and it was worth the money. We finished the escape with 17 minutes to spare. A good thrill trying to beat the clock! read more

Our family tried A Narrow Escape on our trip to Hot Springs. We had the best time doing the Bionic Dilemma escape room! The owner was friendly and obviously very creative. All of the rooms are his own creations. This place serves ice cream, coffee, etc. A great family experience! read more

Fantastic escape rooms, and amazing people. I visited A Narrow Escape for the first time last summer with a group of teachers. We had a great time with A Clinical Trial, which included a variety of puzzle types and let each member of our team "shine." I've recommended this room to several friends and colleagues. When they opened a second room I jumped at the chance to play! A Bionic Dilemma was so fun, and I loved that there was an interactive robot character! I took a group of my Computer Science students on a field trip to this room, and Shane led a discussion and Q&A session afterward. Don't hesitate to check out A Narrow Escape! If you have a particular need or situation call and discuss it with them! They're so easy to work with! read more

Was ok. Didn't have much going on. Not very decorated or anything was just kind of there with some stuff in it for you to figure out.

This place is fantastic. Shane, the game designer / owner is incredible at his job. He is extremely personal and was soooooo nice! I went there yesterday for my 3rd time and it was fantastic. My first room there was Pod and I was blown away. I came back and did murder at silver city and loved it. Then yesterday me and my fiancé did The chemical trial And loved it! Great atmosphere! I will definitely be returning as soon as possible!! read more

A Narrow Escape was our first escape room we have ever been to! There were 8 of us and we split into two groups to complete two different puzzles to race to the finish! The owner was absolutely amazing! He explained and gave us tips and tricks that really helped us "first timers". His rooms were well thought out and the story lines will engulf you with how much he paid attention to the small details! He designs all of the rooms himself and it is absolutely impressive to see the art he has created in these puzzles. The prices were the best I have ever found in an escape room! If you need an hour out of the hot sun and don't know what to do, this should be your first pick! It was definitely the highlight to our trip to hot springs! read more

We took a group ant they loved it! We've done other escape rooms, but this was by far the best! The owners create their own puzzles and kinetic sculptures, so it is very unique. Wonderful time! read more

This was our favorite escape room we've been to. Very fun with a creative story and props. Will go again!

We had so much fun!!!! The escape rooms are very carefully planned. They obviously put a lot of thought into them. They also have a full scale 'robot wars' game that we played afterwards. What a blast! Up to 4 players control the robots by remote control and the robots perform battle on a platform right in front of you. The employees are friendly and helpful, and obviously enjoy what they are doing. read more

We called and they made special arrangements to open for just the two of us. It was our first escape room experience and all of the genius electrical contraptions made the interaction so engaging. From the moment we walked in, the excitement they had for what they do was evident, to deliver a challenging yet fun experience. We made it out alive even with just two of us to solve the multitude of puzzles. We are now hooked and plan to be back mid- July to experience the new room which is going to be over the top. Well done! Highly recommend this experience. read more

Truly amazing, the guy behind this is genius. I recommend the harder of the 2 and having a smaller group is preferable.

This was our first experience in an "escape room," and now we're hooked! The owners are so sweet, and intent on making sure their clients enjoy themselves. They provide a background story before "locking" you in a room decorated to suit the story. It's up to you to find hidden clues, solve puzzles and cyphers and put on your thinking cap to figure out how to escape from the room before the hour timer goes off! Great fun for couples, families or groups. read more

Came here with some friends and our kids this past Sunday! This was my first time doing an escape room and I truly enjoyed it. The clues were fantastic and the level of difficulty was just right. They had some souvenirs for sale in the main area. The guy was witty and personable. They asked if we needed to use the restroom before we started which was great. Initially I was a little shocked at the price but once we got in there and did the room I quickly realized the cost was fair. I thought about all the parts he must need to make these rooms come alive. Fantastic time and can't wait to do another one. Truly addicting! read more

This was our first escape room. It was awesome! The professor "helped" us out a lot to make sure that we progressed, which was awesome because we sucked. Great fun for the whole family - everyone participated. Also, the folks that run the place were super fun and friendly. Just an overall great experience! read more

This was our first escape room. We did the "Clinical Trial" and had a great time! The story was so well done, and the clues were just the right level of difficulty. Loved the props and set up in the room also. The staff was fabulous! Highly recommend this place! read more

A wonderful experience for the entire family. We had 2 adults and 6 children, ages 9-16. Room was tough enough to challenge everyone, but had puzzles that everyone could contribute in helping to solve. We were in the Bionic room and it was great fun. Will certainly return for other rooms in the future!! Think you will really enjoy a Narrow Escape!! Staff was great!! read more

Tried the Wonderland room with 3 adults and an 8 and 12 year old....had a GREAT time!! Have done Escape Rooms in other cities, but this was really so much better. Very well designed with something for everyone regardless of experience or age. Great clues and wonderful staff made this a very memorable occasion for all of us. Great for young ones as it makes them use problem solving tools and demonstrates the value of teamwork. Highly recommended!! read more

We did the room A Bionic Dillema and had a blast! One of the more challenging rooms I've played, and definitely the most immersive. Also the first room I've seen with multiple possible endings. The owner was super nice and friendly, and made the entire experience very enjoyable. read more
