I called Optique Rouaix, and they could see me the next day for an exam. We thought they would not be able to give me actual glasses. But they were extremely kind and patient, had all the technology and devices to determine what I need and spoke AMAZING English as well! I will now have the glasses I need within the next 5 days. Incroyable. I've heard sometimes the "medecines" have attitude, especially with non-french speakers. These guys were truly thoughtful, communicative and I couldn't be happier with my outcome! The young woman tried to fix them but they immediately broke again (not her fault!). I asked if it was possible to get a new pair in less than 24 hours. With progressive lenses it was not possible. But she searched her store to see if she had a frame that would fit my existing lenses. She did and had those ready for me five hours later. The cost was more than reasonable. Great customer service. This was a trip saver.
