Inside, you're greeted by a display of handmade pastries and cakes. The space is intimate, with tables fairly close together, and the staff spoke English, which made navigating the menu easy. Our order came out quickly and we wasted no time digging in. My wife and I each ordered a drink and cake combination. If you get the hot chocolate, go with the Grand-Mère. It's noticeably sweeter and richer than the Dame Cakes blend, which even with a couple of sugar cubes added still fell a bit flat. My dessert was excellent. My wife's cake was decent, though her tea was disappointing and largely went undrunk. It's a fun and charming experience, but the menu is a bit hit or miss. Worth doing a little research ahead of time, and don't hesitate to ask the staff for recommendations based on how sweet or rich you like your desserts.

It's cozy, with very pretty floral decor. If you come after 12, they serve a small lunch menu. I was there early so I had a pot of tea and cake - a raspberry something or other. The cake was really good - dense but not dry and not too sweet. Perfect with tea. Service was fine, and the prices are fair.

So the bar is a nice little star Bath and you can go in and order from the full bar and spend the evening talking until the show starts or are you going to have a crepe while you're waiting in Craig's are always sweet you can have a ham and cheese crepe there's all kinds of crepes out there and their can a fun day too. So this is centrally located in there is so much to do your on the edge of all down there and will really enjoy all the walking Adventures you will have.

It turned out that it was, being once of those hole in the wall type bars. Actually, I suspect it was more than just a bar, but it certainly had the feel of it, particularly since I was able to order a beer, and also that the atmosphere was just, well like a bar. The guy behind the counter was really nice, and the fact that it was in the medieval like alleyway next to the church just added to the character of the place.
