Yes yes Paris has a boat ton of souvenir stores in the city, but this is different. This is classy and not for your fanny pack wearing cheesy tourists. That is why I loved it. The items are unique and dont' scream "I WENT TO PARIS". I ended up getting a 'niece' a kids book that explains the sights of Paris and other cool stuff with both French and English. Perfect! She sells gourgeous pillows, aprons, kid stuff, you name it; but all with a unqiue and classy flair. Great spot for a gift !

The last time I visited Paris I happened upon this store and wound up purchasing most of my…read moresouvenirs here. I got several cool modern plastic bowls, some silicone bowl covers and some accessories. So when I returned to Paris this fall, I made sure to visit Plastiques. I'm so glad that I did, as once again I found several items for my home. I got placemats, trivets, coasters, a platter and a tray. I especially like graphic designs, and Plastiques has a lot of that style. I wish I had a store that sold items with this style closer to me!
